I am a Personal Trainer and have been Training and Rehabilitating people for approximately 10 years.  I was a Physiotherapy / Rehabilitation Assistant and worked where the Ottawa Senators NHL Team Players are home to, working on some of the players, as well as some of The Ottawa Fury  Women's National Soccer Team, and the Ottawa Lions Track & Field Team.  Most of my training has been in Vancouver.

 

Working in both Clinical and Hospital settings as a Physiotherapy / Rehabilitation Assistant, I've worked with injured patients, seniors, and people coping with disabilities. I have previously trained people with numerous illnesses, including Lupus, CP, MS, Endometriosis, and Crohn's disease as well as amputees.  This is not a gym and there are no membership fees, you train when I'm with you.

 

This is you and I, one-on-one Personal Training at its best at a Private Studio. I can be more flexible than a gym with regards to financial hardships. You will get all the sessions that you paid for.  I can go to your home and train you as well, if you have the equipment required.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

I'll work with you towards reaching your goals and motivate you to continue on and help build your confidence.  Each session is one hour or can be 40 minutes. You won't have to wait for any equipment.  No one will be staring at you while you work out. This will be a fun and friendly environment. You'll be my main focus; i'll educate you, teach you proper form and technique, keep you from harm.  I will be there "with you every rep of the way".

            GROUP TRAINING

Anywhere from two to five people can train with me.  I offer circuit training classes that consist of 40 minute sessions, 3 times a week for a duration of 6 weeks. Again, taught in a fun and friendly environment.
